A few clear rules for using Oroponi safely and fairly.

The service
Oroponi is operated by Ege Kıyıcı, an individual based in Türkiye. Oroponi provides pet observation activities, profiles, enrichment and training ideas, and a digital companion. The service is in beta: features may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Applying for beta access does not create an account or guarantee admission. Use an existing authorised account to sign in.
Who may use it
Use the service only where you can lawfully agree to these terms. If you are under 18, involve your parent or guardian and meet the consent requirements applicable in your country. Giving a parent’s email is not a substitute for their permission.
Your account and information
Provide accurate information, keep your password private and contact info@oroponi.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for information you submit and must have permission to provide another person’s details. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or unnecessarily sensitive content.
Not medical advice
Oroponi’s data, scores, profiles, reports and recommendations are for education and enrichment. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, prevention tool or substitute for a veterinarian or appropriately qualified behaviour professional. Do not delay care because of a result. Observations depend on context and do not establish a fixed measure of intelligence. Research citations describe related evidence; they do not guarantee that a toy or exercise will benefit every animal.
Animal welfare comes first
Supervise activities, choose suitable equipment and rewards, and adapt to your pet’s age, health and abilities. Participation must be voluntary. Stop for pain, stress, fear, frustration or fatigue. Do not use the site to justify force, punishment or withholding necessary care. Current dog observation tests should not be treated as validated cat assessments.
Fair use and intellectual property
You may use Oroponi for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, scrape private account data or infringe others’ rights. You keep your rights in information you submit and grant us only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the requested service. Oroponi’s branding, artwork and original content remain with their respective owners. You may download your own available reports for personal use.
Rewards, links and changes
Paw Coins and similar in-app rewards have no cash value and are not money or investments. External products and links are not guarantees or endorsements of safety or results. If paid features or advertising are introduced, relevant information and consent controls will be provided before their use.
Access, responsibility and your rights
We may restrict access for misuse, security reasons or service maintenance and will provide notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory laws and rights applicable to you remain in force.
Contact and changes to these terms
Contact contact@oroponi.com or egekiyici@oroponi.com about these terms or a problem with the service. Material changes will be communicated through the website or an appropriate account notice. These terms are available in English, Turkish and Russian. The site interface also supports German. Your choice of language does not determine which laws apply to you.
